On Aug 17th Hemlock Lodge hosted it's annual "Hemlock Harmony Brigade". One hundred and
fifty Barbershoppers and Sweet Adelines met at this annual event to socialize and entertain. Choruses in attendance were Altoona, Pa Horseshoe Chorus, Altoona, Pa Sweet Adeline Chorus, Cumberland, Md. Chorus of the Potomac, Somerset, Pa Roofgarden Chorus and State College, Pa Nittany Knights. This annual event, hosted by Barry and Marlene Halbritter brings together choruses from Central Pennsylvania and Maryland for a night of socializing and sharing their talents with each other. After a night of entertaining each other and a delicious meal, singers broke off into groups to test their talents with others. Throughout the evening, chords rang out, from one end of the lodge to the other. Needless to say "a goodtime was had by all".
